Westwood Suites at 6800 Villa De Costa Drive, Orlando, Florida.

Some years back I decided to move into the area for a Two Bedroom Apartment. I am self-employed and every bit of my earnings go to my deposit accounts (which is then delegated to expenses), so every bit I earn is hard earned money (which doesn't make a difference). I went in and toured the property, and decided on a move in date. I filled the application and left a deposit and the first months rent. I was assigned an apartment number and even moved in. One or two weeks later, I received a letter from Management that I was not approved and needed to evacuate the premises. The caviat is that not only had I prepaid via money order, but the lady who rented me the apartment took all of the money I had given for move-in and deserted the employer....making it seem that I was just in that apartment with no authorization nor approval!
Not only was this the employers fault, the employee (tall lady with blondish hair) went missing, it ruined my credit as well. I tried to call numerously to get information on the situation but they just evacuated me as if nothing had ever happened!!!!!
I would never rent to this property until you have all of the agents information before being assigned a key and move in date....they could just take your moneyorders and run...just as they did me.
McKinley...some of really do try very well to work independently not choosing to be part of a big corporation....and now you can see why.
Its really shameful you still only accept money orders as deposit payments ....that is just elementary. I do hope you all the greed in the world that your employee showed when representing you.
