RipOff! For nearly $1000 all THL provides is "marketing." We signed up with them ~15 months ago b/c we were desperate to sell our TS. The property was never listed properly despite my insistence that it was not as large as they were advertising it for and the sell price they posted was nearly double what we paid for it. Attempts to change the information were unsuccessful. Needless to say we never received any calls about it. In order to receive the travel vouchers they promise in the case that they don't connect you with a successful buyer you must call them every 90 days and the account must be active for 180 CONSECUTIVE days. If it's not you can forget receiving anything from THL except a thank you for paying them for nothing. We eventually signed our TS back over to the resort for a fee of $500. At least now it's gone... along with lots of our money.
