Revived!!

After writing a review on Americas Best Eyeglasses and how I felt like I was being sold a car with all the extra add-ons .....I decided to go to Target in Waterford Lakes Mall. I was so amazed at the service they provided (Thank you Laura!!!) She took her time to talk and explain exactly what we were getting. Americas Best asked for $398.00 for my granddaughters glasses and we got them at $199 at Target. From now on I will make sure I go to Target.....Americas Best should change their name to Americas Worst!!

Waited two hours on target mobile to perform a trade in. While waiting, I was never helped, never EVEN TALKED TO, despite sitting in front of them patiently waiting to be helped. When they had finally finished with their customers, they asked me what I needed help with and then proceeded to tell me that it would take an hour and they had to be done by 9pm which was in 15 minutes. Following this, I called the Millennia Target and was informed the process would take 10 minutes and consisted of checking that the device worked properly. My perception on this is that the target mobile staff was simply too lazy to help me or they had a serious deficit in training. I was however impressed by the aid given to me by Kara at guest services (I would comment on the mobile staff's names but they had no name tags visible at all). She was extremely polite and helpful in my return and one of few reasons I would return to this target despite my horrible service by the mobile staff
