T-Mobile at 4421 Hoffner Avenue #105, Orlando, Florida.

I have made 3 attempts to switch to Tmobile from MetroPCS for their new 55 and older all unlimited plan. They could not unlock 1 of my phones. I went back and forth between the two to get the phone unlocked. Tmobile told me MetroPCS would unlock it, and vice versa. Finally after hours in store, online and on the phone it was said to be fixed and I could switch. On my third attempt I explained the history to the manager. This time they signed me up for the switch, guess what after paying the activation fees one phone could not be unlocked. The manager then laid out the options, 1. Pay a 3rd party to unlock the phone. 2. Buy a new phone. 3 Switch back to MetroPCS and pay the MetroPCS activation fee, oh and no refund from tmobile! I asked that the manager call his manager which he didn't want to do, instead telling me how big tmobile was and he was the only one who could handle the issue. I stepped outside instead of being rude, calmed down and returned. My wife picked out a new phone and the manager waived the activation fee. Next I found out they signed up 2 lines for the wrong plans and added a extra plan. Our 55 unlimited was supposed to be 60 a month. The plans they signed us up for cost 90 a month. 2 calls to customers service I got the correct plan. In the end I gave them 2 stars because the manager waived the activation fee, went auto pay for a 10. Discount to pay for the new phone. I was able to sell the old phone and put that towards the cost of the new phone. It all worked out but the service and confusion was a major pain.
