Their hot chocolate with soy milk is very good. They have quick snacks you can grab, and baked goods from einsteins (half-stale but good in a pinch). They have absolutely no idea what is in anything in terms of allergens or ingredients, so it's up to you to do the digging (on the einstein bagels website nutritional info section). They also have total disregard for those allergies (like will use the same spoon to stir dairy and non-dairy drinks alike) so tell them if you have an allergy. Good for if you happen to be in the library, but wouldnt go out of my way to get it.
