HORRIBLE customer service. I understand their location calls to enforce strict parking limitations but at initial arrival the absurd level of rudeness from the woman I received my parking permit from at the front desk was uncalled for and disrespectful..if my room was refundable I would’ve taken my business elsewhere immediately. Convienent location but overall unimpressed by the quality of the hotel.
