Easy to eat gluten free/celiac here. The chef came out to the table and discussed options and what could be cooked without cross contamination. The gf vegetarian tart was good. At the breakfast buffet the salmon was delicious, paired well with cream cheese and gf bread. Lots of berries and other fresh fruit. You can often get an online coupon or discount for staying in the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Good food for the non gf diners as well.
